Currently reading ( and I think you may enjoy these!):

God: Stories by C. Michael Curtis Pathos. ---Tattoos. Crazy weather. Love a book of short stories, especially with twilight zone style twists. Helena Bonham Carter could be in most of these stories. It's that weird.

Every Man Dies Alone by Hans Fallada-- Resistance is NOT futile. But, sometimes you take one for the team. He was Sparticus.

Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion (Collins Business Essentials)  Robert Cialdini-- It sounds scary, but it's not. He means well, so do I.

Free by Chris Anderson, the Long Tail guy -- He has an idea, a very disruptive idea. Rethinking what's billable, and what's free.

Maus I: A Survivor's Tale: My Father Bleeds History by Art Spiegelman -- A classic graphic novel, from back when they were still called comics. Still touches me in a million unexpected ways.

Fight Club: A Novel by Chuck Palahniuk--We may not talk about Fight Club, but you sure as hell better not be talking about swagclub. Unless you need great swag.

The War of Art: Break Through the Blocks and Win Your Inner Creative Battles

by Steven Pressfield-

the best book I have read this year! Go pro, get busy, and start the next big idea as soon as you wrap the one in the hopper. You will be changed for the better. Sorry about the potty mouth, he is a former Marine.

Check out the 'Largo' story. It changed my life. Really, if you read nothing else on this list, read this. If you don't have it call me and I will send you a copy.

On the nights that I get to put Katie to bed, Dr, Seuss.

I love toasted English muffins, still warm, with a dab of Nutella.

and on a hot day, bubble tea! or weak Gatorade.

As far as periodicals go, I read the Sun Magazine, cover to cover, the day it arrives, and hit the high bits of the New Yorker, especially the movie, music, and theater  reviews.

And I am hooked on Fast Company, which is so much hipper than I am. And HBR, which makes me feel like a grown up. And I am so not a grown up!

Watching on the telly- Not so much. But cable has snuck in, and I must admit Mythbusters owns me.

On the netflix que- no more flippin zombie movies allowed! jmj!

Newest CD- looks like the new Phish is coming my way, and in deep prayer about getting the Beatles re-released, but in mono. Whack, I know, but it would kinda fill in the soundtrack of my misspent youth. Crazy to buy a release of mono.

Praps it will just fall in me lap. Cracking and tinny.

With a hog's head, of real fire.
